Time is already flying by. My blogging has been weak sauce and basically my life has been all over the place. I need to get myself grounded again and really take the time to focus on… MYSELF! There isn’t a better way to start doing this other than writing my goals and my challenges down for the week and holding myself accountable to YOU! As I kicked off 2016 with challenging myself constantly, I kind of dropped off the radar in both the blogging aspect and challenging myself in order to provide you with amazing content. Each week I will try to document my goals/challenges and recap on Sunday with you about my ridiculous stories (hopefully) and experiences. I want to use this piece as a way to inspire you to see the bigger picture, and create achievable goals and memorable challenges that will make your week feel accomplished. The most successful people in life have created lists, vision boards and even chicken scratch on sticky notes, all leading to the success story of becoming a better person.

My Challenges/Goals For This Week:

  1. I want to get myself back in shape
  2. I want to spend less time caring about those who just don’t matter
  3. I want to push myself to go out of my comfort zone
  4. I want to spend more playing/walking/training my pups
  5. I want to start reading before I go to bed every night – NO CELL PHONE/iPAD/LAPTOP/TV

Your list doesn’t have to be long, hell it can be just one thing. I just want you to start to get in the habit of holding yourself accountable for something that will better your life and provide happiness. I have 7 days. Lets do this! xoBe The Change You Wish To See
